摘要
本文通过40例精索静脉曲张不育症患者的多普勒超声检查,结合睾丸容积、精液分析和性激素测定进行曲张程度和生育力相关分析.结果表明:精索静脉管径与临床分级呈正相关,与睾丸容积和生育力指数呈负相关.我们认为多普勒测定精索静脉管径具有诊断和程度评估价值.亦可能成为推测精索静脉返流存在时间的一种方法.
The relationship between fertility and dilated degree of spermatic veins was studied in 40 infertile men with varicocele.The diameters of the pampiniform veins and blood reflux were detected by Doppler ultrasound. The results show that the diameter of vein was positively correlated with clinical category, and negatively correlated with testicular volume and fertility index. It suggests that the diameter of pampiniform veins is probably related to the duration of venous reflux,and may be used for assessment of the degree of varicocele.
