摘要
本文以自制碘化油乳剂作造影剂，经胃镜对１１例病人行胃间接淋巴造影，均可见显影淋巴结。淋巴结边缘充盈缺损者，病理证实有癌转移。经内窥镜间接淋巴造影在诊断消化道肿瘤淋巴结受累方面有广泛的发展前景。
Iodated emulsion was used as contrast medium for endoscopic indirect gastric lymphography in 11 patients. The lymph nodes can be visulized in every patient and those showed filling defacts were proved to be metastasis by pathological examination. Endoscopic indirect lymphography may have great use in the diagnosis of lymphatic involvement in tumor of GI tract.
