摘要
本文采用藉胃镜携带的自制双极粘膜吸附电极和微型腔内压力传感器,建立了一种同步测定在体胃肌电活动和腔内压力变化的方法。经检测12例健康者和63例各种慢性胃病患者表明,本法简便易行,定位准确,成功率较高。既能分别准确地记录胃肌电活动和腔内压力的变化,又可反映两者间的相互关系。有助于临床上客观地评价胃的运动功能状态及其异常的发生环节,可能为内镜诊断提供一种新的手段。
Using a luminal bipolar suction electrode(prepared by ourselves)and a miniature pressure transducer carried by an endoscope,a method of synchronously recording myoelectric activity and intraluminal pressure in vivo was established. From the results of 12 health volunteers and 63 patients with a variety of chronic gastric diseases, it was evident that this method have many advantages,e.g.simplicity, accurate localization, and higher effectual rate.The method could actually record gastromyoelectric actvity and fluctuation of intraluminal pressure,respectively. Furthermore.the relationship between them could also be shown,which is available for evaluation of gastric motion function and its disorders.It may provide a novel method for endoscopic diagnosis
