摘要
本文采用绝热近似理论,用变分法讨论了束缚在高温超导材料Cu-O面中的极化子。结果表明:Cu-O面上对电子的库仑束缚和电子-声子耦合的增强以及材料的光学介电常数与静态介电常数差别的减少,将有利于形成稳定的极化子.
n this paper,the polarons bounded on the Cu-O planes of the high Tc superconductors arediscussed with a variational method and the adiabatic approximation theory. The results indicatethat the polarons are pronounced stable with either increasing the Coulomb bound in the Cu-Oplane and the electron-phonon coupling or decreasing the difference between the optical and staticdielectric constants.
