It mainly distributed on mountains of steppe region and desert region with-in Nei Menggu; The water-ecologicaltypes of the plants of Allium in Nei Menggu are mainly mes-ophytes, are secondly xerophytes; The floristic-elements of the plants of Allium in Nei Menggufall into elements of Eastern Asia (are mainly North China elements) in its south-east, and fall in-to elements of central-Asia (are mainly Mongol Plateau elements) in its north, and fall into ele-ments of Southern Sibiria in its north-east, and fall into elements of Middle Asia and Qing-ZhangPlateau in its west high mountains; In addition, it have its own endemic elements; The flora of Al-lium in Nei Menggu isclosely related to that of North and Northeast in our country.
