本文利用转动群的性质，成功地构造了旋量球函数各个量子数的阶梯算子。由此得到了归一化的旋量球函数的微分表达式和一系列的递推公式。

In this paper,ladder operators of spinor spherical harmonics havebeen constructed with reference tO the rotation group's properties,Withthe aid of these ladder operators,differential expression of the norma-lized wave funct1ons and their recurrent formulas are worked out。
