摘要
本文对我国第一条25~500米钢轨全长淬火生产线的钢轨淬火工艺过程的总体设计方案进行了分析和论述。介绍了软硬件实现框图。对影响钢轨淬火质量的各种工艺参数(诸如电,风,速度,温度等)进行自动采集与控制,使系统工作在最佳工艺参数的状态。该系统集采集、控制、显示、打印、报警功能为一体,实现了25~500米长钢轨淬火生产自动化,得到良好的控制效果。
This paper is a summary account of the microcomputer control system,developed for the first production line in China for quenching 25-500 mrails in full length,The overall design plan of the technological processis analyzed,The technological flow charts of software and hardware arepresented,All the technological parameters which influence the quality ofrail quenching (electricy,air, velocity,temperature,etc,)can be sampledand controlled automatically,This makes it possible for the system to beoperated in conditions with the best technological parameters.The systemincludes in itself all the automatic functions such as sampling,controlling,displaying,printing and alarming.As a result,the automation of theproduction process for quenching 25- 500 m rails in full length has beenrealized with a higher level and a better effect of control。
