本文给出了一个新的推导形状改变比能计算公式的方法。这一方法，利用应力张量的概念，从偏斜应力张量直接计算形状改变比能。这一方法与过去常用的传统方法相比较，其物理概念更加明晰，论证和推导也更为简捷和严谨。

This paper gives a new method for deriving the formula of specific energy of transform from the concept of stress tensor which is more forthright and rigorous compared with that used in most text books.
