摘要
以FeSo_4·7H_2O为材料,采用共沉淀法制备氧化铁,所得主体相是Y—Fe_2O_3和α—Fe_2O_3的混合物。材料经800~850℃热处理后,全部转变为α─Fe_2O_3相。以α─Fe_2O_3为主体材料制成的酒敏元件,掺入SnO_2~ZnO二元导电陶瓷粉等材料后,可使元件的灵敏度提高20%左右。在高浓度气体下,元件对乙醇和汽油的分离效果良好,是一种抗高浓度气体冲击能力强的不掺贵金属的酒敏元件。
Using the FeSO_4.7H_2O,The material of iron oxide areprepared by common precipatation method. The principal phose si themixtureof γ─Fe_2O_3 and α─Fe_2O_3. After heattreatment of 800 to 850 cent-igrade, this mixture is all changed into α─Fe_2O_3.We use the materialα─Fe_2O_3 prepared the alcohol sensitive elements. After doping SnO_2 andZnO Ceramic power,its sensitivity increase ebout 20%,For alcohol andgasolcine gas of high density,this element has good seperation effect.This kind of sensitive element are good alcoholic drink sensitive ele.elementswhich are not doped noble metals and have the character of anti-shockhigh density gas.
