内蒙古主要油料作物花粉形态的观察

Morphology of Pollen Grains of Major Oil Crops in Inner Mongolia

利用扫描电子显微镜对内蒙古自治区主要油料作物的花粉粒进行了观察。它们分别为大豆、油菜、胡麻、向日葵及红花。结果表明：不同作物的花粉粒在形态、大小、萌发器官和外壁纹饰等方面有明显差别；同一科植物在花粉粒的主要性状上有相似之处，但在细微结构上又存在一定的差异。花粉粒的形态特征可为作物遗传育种，植物分类等项工作提供依据。

Using electron microscope,we observed the morphological characters of pollengrains of major oil crops:Glycine max (L.) Merr,Brassica juncea(L.) Czern,Linum usitissimumL.,Helianthus annuus L., Carrthamus tinctorius L.. The result showed that the pollen grains of vari-ous oil Crops are different on characters such as surface sculptuer,aperture number.Similarities werefound in different oil crops of the same family on major characters,but minor differences exist be-tween oil crops,which could provide scientific basis for oil crop breeding and plant classificatian pur-pose.
