野红燕麦和小粒裸燕麦的核型研究

A Study on the Karyotypes of Avena sterilis and Avena nuaidrevis

野红燕麦Ａｖｅｎａ，ｓｔｅｒｉｌｉｓ和小粒裸燕麦Ａｖｅｎａ．ｎｕａｉｄｒｅｖｉｓ，是燕麦属Ａｖｅｎａ中染色体数目呈不同倍数的种。我们对这２个种的染色体数目及其核型进行了观察研究。野红燕麦是六倍体２ｎ＝６Ｘ＝４２，染色体核型公式为２ｎ＝６Ｘ＝４２＝２２ｍ＋１８ｓｍ（２ＳＡＴ）＋２ｓｔ，核型类别为２Ｂ；小粒裸燕麦是二倍体２ｎ＝２Ｘ＝１４，染色体核型公式为２ｎ＝２Ｘ＝１４＝６ｍ＋４ｓｍ（２ＳＡＴ）＋４ｓｔ，核型类别为２Ａ。

Both Avena sterilis L.and Avena nuaidrevis L. Which have different ploidies werestudied for their chromosome numbers and karyotypes.A. sterilis L. is sextaploid Zn=6x=42,thekaryotype formula of the chromosome is Zn=6x=42=22m+18sm(2SAT)+2st,and the karyotypeis 2B; A. nuaidrevis L. is diploid 2n=2x=14, the karyotype formula of the chromosome and kary-otype are 2n=2x=14=6m+4sm(2SAT)+4st and 2A respectively.
