摘要
本文对呼和浩特市地区种植的绿叶菜类、葱蒜类、根菜类、薯芋类和瓜类等３０种蔬菜中的氨基酸、粗蛋白、租脂肪、粗纤维等成分含量进行了研究分析，对蔬菜品种选育、改善和调节人民生活膳食结构，有重要的参考价值。
The contents of animo acids,crude protein,crude fat and crude fiber of 30varieties of green leaf vegetables,bulb crops,rcot vegetables, tuber crops,gourd vegetablescultivated in Huhhot area were determined.It has an important reference value for vegetablebreeding and improvement of peopleoes living standand.
