摘要
钢筋砼结构设计新的规范采用的准则是“以概率论为基础的极限状态设计方法”,它的基础就是,随机变量的正态分布。但如何与钢筋砼结构的失效概率,可靠指标结合,如何把它们联系起来确有个过程,本文对此做了适当的过渡,然后再结合钢筋砼结构作应用与计算。
The basic requirement for the new standard of concrete design is“designingmethod based on the probability of the extreme state”--that is,the binormal distributionof the randomized varibles. This paper discussed the transitional connection of the require-ment to the invalidity probability and the reliability index and gave some example;for thecalculation and application of the concrete design.
