普通甜荞聚类分析

Cluster,Analysis of Common Buckwh+eat(Fagopyrum)pyrum esculentum)

对人自内蒙古自治区内外不同地区的２４个普通甜荞品种，７个主要经济性状，进行了方差分析，相关分析，主成份分析；并测定了品种间两两遗传距离，然后进行了系统聚类。分析结果表明：品种问的遗传差异与原产地和地理距离没有任何必然的联系。因此，在选配亲本时应以株粒数、丰产株型和千粒重为主要依据。

Vanance analysis,correlated analysis,principal component analysis,cluster Analysis were codueted on seven eharacters of twenty-fourcommon buckwhearvaneties from different tegions.Genetic distance betweenevery twp varieties was also estimated.The result showed that genetic difference and geographic disrance both of they have not:any reiation Ilence,the selecting parents based are the single plantr grain number、high-yield planttype and l000-grain weight.
