摘要
用液体静置法体外培养小鼠骨髓基质细胞,细胞化学法观察其羟脯氨酸-2-表异构酶和非特异性酯酶活性。受60Co照射小鼠骨髓基质细胞中羟脯氨酸-2-表异构酶的阳性率和阳性度明显降低,而非特异性酯酶的阳性率和阳性度显著增高。表明这些细胞有羟脯氨酸参与的蛋白质的合成功能降低,而表现出较强的酯化脂肪酸的潜能。
mouse bone marror stromal cells were incubated in vitro and the
hydroxyproline-2-epimerase(HP-2-E)and nonspecific esterase(NE)activity were observed.The
result demonstrated that positive rate andpositive degree of Hp-2-E had a decline in mouse
bone marrow stromal cells irradiated by 60Co,but thepositine rate of NE raised obviously,It was
indicated that the fuction of the cells had declined in the synthesisof proteins and cells had
greater potentialities in the esterified fatty acid.
