摘要
蒙药额力根·古日古木－７散、德都·古日古木－７散和蓝盆花等的水煎液５ｇ／ｋｇ和２．５ｇ／ｋｇ投药１次可提高由痤疮丙酸杆菌加脂多糖诱发急性肝功能障碍小鼠的生存率。同药间隔８ｈ给药两次则明显降低由同上及Ｄ～氨基半乳糖加脂多糖和四氯化碳引起的肝损伤小鼠的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶并显著减轻肝脏的病理损害；能提高由痤疮丙酸杆菌和Ｄ～氨基半乳糖分别加脂多糖诱发肝损伤小鼠的血清总蛋白和白蛋白。
Traditional mongolian medicine Elighen Gurugum-7,Dedu Gurugum-7,
and Scabiosa comosaare orally administrated in 5 g/kg and 2.5g/kg to mice they could increase
the survival rate of mice whoseliver were injured by Propionebacterium acnes(PA)plus
lipopolysaccharide(LPS).These drugs administratedin 5g/kg and 2.5g/kg to mice twice with 8 h
intervals could reduce the serum aIanine aminotransferase andaspartic acid aminotransferase
value of mice whose liver were injured by PA plus LPS , carbon tetrachlorideand
D-galactosamine plus LPs respectively ,and also significantly ameliorated pathologic lesion of
liver; theycould increase the total protein and albumine level of mice whose liver were injured
by PA blus LPS or D-galactosamine plus LPS.
