摘要
作者介绍了形变热处理 65Mn及50CrVA钢丝的组织与特性。通过时采用该钢丝制做JL462Q发动机气门弹簧的制簧工艺及疲劳试验的研究,指出形变热处理65Mn及50CrVA钢丝是一种很有发展前途的阀门弹簧材料。
This paper introduced the microstructure and properties of steel wire that made of low temperature thermomachanical treated(LTMT)65Mn and 50 Cr VA. Valve spring processes and fatigue test conducted on JL462Q engine indicates that the (LTMT) 65Mn and 50 CrVA can be the promising wire materials for valve spring.
