摘要
首先介绍了单点和多点电控汽油喷射发动机,阐述其工作原理以及各工况下的控制方式,并对各自的特点作了介绍;然后,根据试验,从理论上深入地研究了电控汽油喷射改善发动机性能的机理。研究表明:空燃比的优化和气缸外混合条件的改善是采用电控汽油喷射改善发动机性能的主要因素;温度补偿对汽油机是必要的,尤其在小负荷下,它既可解决低温运转稳定性,又可在正常温度下实现较稀混合气燃烧。此外,密封压力供油可降低HC排放。
The effects of air-fuel ratio (α ), spark timing, fuel injection interval, lhel injection timing, intake manifold and engine load on engine exhaust emissions have been investigated in this paper. The testing results on engine bed show that the effects of these factors on engine emissions are obvious. In the homogeneous mixture combustion, α and spark timing are crucial for engine emissions, while the engine emissions are affected indirectly by the other factors through α and spark timing.
