摘要
对SY492Q-4型汽油机进行了电控研究,着重论述控制系统的一些关键问题和发动机的循环供油量,成功地将SY492Q-4型机改造成电控单点汽油喷射发动机。在全自动、高精度的AVL试验台上考核表明:利用单点汽油喷射系统对发动机进行电控改造,能提高发动机的性能,它的最大功率达到77.3kW,最大扭矩达到192.8N·m,最低油耗率为269.2g/kW·h,外特性上的平均油耗率从306.6g/kW·h降到274.6g/kW·h。
This papel firstly investigates some key problems of electronic control system and optimization of fuel delivery per Cycle to model SY492 Q-4 engine. The engine has been retrofied successfully with single-point gasoline injection (SPI), and the SPI engine test has been carried out on AVL high precision test bed system. The results show that the engirre electronic control system works reliably and stably, and canimprove the performance of model SY 492 Q-4 engine. Maximum powel output and maximum torque of SPI engine are increased to 77.2 kW and 192.8 N.m respectively, minimum specific fuel consumption decreased t0 269.2 g/kW·h, and average SFC on full load characteristic curve is also drcreased from 306.6 g/kW·h to 274.6 g/kW·h.
