摘要
本文建立了直喷式柴油机油膜雾化燃烧的半经验数学模型,即在实验研究的基础上利用数值分析技术在计算机上研究直喷式柴油机油膜雾化燃烧工作过程。该模型由燃烧室壁上油膜蒸发子模型和燃烧室空间雾化燃烧子模型耦合而成。并利用数学模型对6E150C型柴油机做了模拟计算。经实测验证,其结果是令人满意的。
A semi-empirical mathematical model of film-space atomization combustion in D.I.diesel engines is presented in this peper,i.e., based on the experimental results,the film-space atomization combustion process in D.I.diesel engines is investigated through a computer by means of the numerical analysis method.The mathematical model consists of a submodel of evaporation of the fuel film sprayed on the combustion chamber wall and a submodel of atomization combustion of the fuel sprayed in the combustion chamber space.As an application example,the film-space atomization combustion processes in 6E150C diesel engine are analyzed quantitatively by using the mathematical model.The experimental data support the calculated results obtained by using the model.
