摘要
本文介绍了用直线电机作刀具进给驱动的车削系统,应用微机控制技术控制直线电机实现高速、高精度的往复进给运动,以完成中凸变椭圆活塞的车削加工。加工不同形状尺寸的活塞时,仅需要调整车削控制程序。用该系统车削变椭圆形活塞,能有效地提高加工精度和效率,缩短生产周期,有利于获取良好的经济效益。
A turning system in which a linear motor was used as tool feeding driver was introduced in this paper. Under the control of a computer, it can control the linear motor to realize reciprocating feeding motion with a high response speed and precision, so as to machine the piston which has a middle-convex shape and variabe ellipticity. When the shape and size of the part to be machined are changed, only the control program needs to be modulated. It can reduce production period and get a high machining accuracy and efficiency as well as a good economic benefit.
