摘要
ω7油膜雾化燃烧系统已应用于6E150C型柴油机,并使该机性能大大改善。本文以实验研究为基础,详细分析了ω油膜雾化燃烧系统的工作过程,其中包括油膜的形成、蒸发、扩散、与空气混合和燃烧。实验结果表明油膜面积和体积可以随发动机负荷变化而自动地调节,因此可以认为这使ω7燃烧系统在各种负荷范围内都能获得较低的燃油消耗和较低的爆发压力。
he w7 film-space atomization combustion system has been used in a 6E150C diesel engine,which makes the petformance be improved greatly.Based upon the study of experiments,the in-cylinder process of the w7 system is analyzed in detail,including the formation,evaporation,diffusion,mixing with air and combustion of fuel film.The experimental results show that the fuel film area and volume can be automatically adjusted as the engine load changes, which, it is believed,makes the w7 system attain both the lower specific fuel consumption and the lower peak pressure at all load ranges.
