摘要
本文报道了一类新的Schiff碱和咪唑的混合型金属配合物,即水杨醛缩甘氨酸、咪唑金属配合物和2,4—二羟基苯甲醛缩丙氨酸、咪唑金属配合物的合成。通过用溴化乙锭荧光法分析了这类配合物与DNA的相互作用,初步筛选了它们的抗癌活性。结果表明,其中金属镍配合物与DNA的作用较明显,可作为具有抗癌作用的药物进行深入研究。
A series of new metal(Cu, Ni, Zn, Co) coordination compounds of schiff bases derived from salicylaldehyde, 2, 4 - dihy droxybenzaldehyde, glycine and L - alanine has been synthesized. Their antitumor activity was studied by ethidium fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental data show that the nickel (Ⅱ) coordination compounds possess antitumor activity. The order of the antitumor activity for the metal coordination compounds is found to be: Ni>Cu>Zn>Co.
