气功探针标定用热喷嘴装置

摘要 由于原理、结构等各种因素的作用,某些气体流速探针的标定曲线受气流参数变化而改变,造成测量的误差,严重时,测量结果需经修正.为使气动探针的标定能满足测量条件的限制,研究标定曲线的变化规律以及测量结果的修正方法.需要能改变气流温度和压力的热风洞.本文以热喷嘴装置代替造价昂贵、运行费用高的热风洞,在其上进行恒温热线探针标定曲线的变化规律及修正方法的研究. The calibrated curves of some gas flow probes subject to change with the variations of gas properties,which often results in errors of measurement, so the results will have to be corrected. A hot wind tunnel is required, in which the gas temperature and pressure can be adjusted,in order that the calibration of gas flow probes meets measarement conditions,and the variance of calibration curves and the correction methods of measurement results can be investigated. In the presented paper,a hot nozzle equipment is used to replace the tunnel which is very expensive to manufacture and operate. A study on the variance of calibration curves and correction methods of the constant hot wire probes is also presented in this paper.
