摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,建筑物坍塌事故仍在继续发生.常规的事故调查往往是从技术因素和经济因素去分析的,而忽略了人为因素的影响.本文试从人为因素的角度来分析建筑物坍塌事故,并具有针对性地提出了一些需特别注意的问题.本文对减少工程事故有一定的参考意义.
Despite modern advances in technology,building failures continue to occur. While the conventional investigation focuses on identifying the technical causes and financial liability, few investigators have inquired about the nontechnical human decision-relatedcauses. This paper trys to analyse the causes of failures resulting from human factors. Some conclusions have been obtained in this paper which may help us minimize the incidence of failures.
