摘要
本文对生长在宁夏境内的黄花棘豆（Ｏｘｙｔｒｏｐｉｓｏｃｈｒｏｃｅｐｈａｌａ）和小花棘豆（Ｏ．ｇｌａｂｒａ）中的毒性生物碱成分进行了分析研究，各分离、鉴定出４种喹诺里西啶类化合物，得出总生物碱成分在风干植物各器官中的含量在０．００５～０．０１％之间，样品的采集年份、季节和产地对其影响不大。本文还从药理学、毒理学和毒代动力学等方面对这２种植物的毒性生物碱进行了讨论印证。
The toxic alkaloid components in O.ochrocephala and O.glabra were analysed in Ningxia and four quinolizidine components were seperated and identified.The total content of alkaloid components in the wind-dried plant organs ranged from 0.005% to 0.01% and sampling years,seasons and places of origin had no obvious impacts on the content.This paper also discussed,examined and verified the toxic alkaloids from the two plant species in pharmacology,toxicology and toxic dynamics etc.
