发展高产优质高效农业浅见

My Superficial View on Development of the High-yield, Good-quality and High-benefit Agriculture

论述了高产优质高效农业的内涵。从宁夏农业生产实际出发，指出了实现高产优质高效农业的基本途径：充分利用光、热、水、气，在整个国土资源的深度和广度开发上下功夫；开拓市场，加快种植业结构的调整；发挥资源优势，大力发展畜牧业、水产业和林果业；大力发展农产品加工业。分析了目前灌区高产优质高效农业发展的基本特点。提出了更新观念、优化结构、科技先导、改善生产条件、培育市场体系５条加速发展高产优质高效农业的基本措施。

Connotation of the high-yield,good-quality and high-benefit agriculture was expounded fully.On the basis of Ningxia agricultural.production practices this paper pointed out main ways leading to highyield, good-quality and high-benefit agriculture: making a full use of Sunlight, heat, water and air resources; stressing development of the range and quality of territorial resource utiligation; developing market and speeding up regulation of crop cultiyation structure; dev oting major efforts to deyeloping animal husbandry, aquaculture,forestry and fruit production and giving energetic support to processing industry for farm products. By way of analysis of the basical characteristics of the highyield, good-quality and high-benefit agriculture development at present in the irrigated areas the five measures-renewing concept, optimzing structure, taking set ence and technology as a forerunner, improving producti ye conditions and fostering market system-were put forward to expedite deyelopment of the high-yield, good-quality and high-benefit agriculture.
