鸡马立克氏病病毒的分离和初步鉴定

本文作者用鸡成纤维细胞，从鸡场的病料中分离出２株病毒，暂定名为Ｈ—１和Ｌ—１毒株。其培养性状稳定，目前已传至第８代。在电镜下可见分离毒株呈六角形、带囊膜、实心型（１５０～１６０ｎｍ）裸体粒子。此外，还有空心型（９０～１００ｎｍ）裸体粒子存在。分离毒株经与马立克１型病毒单克隆抗体，兔抗鼠荧光抗体、痘斑试验、琼扩试验和禽白血病抗原交义试验等。初步鉴定：分离毒株为马立克Ⅰ型病毒。

Two virus strains,temporary names are H-1 and L-1,have been separeted from different expert mental materials.The cultural characteristic of the two virus is steady They have been propagated to eighth generation now.The virus strains separeted are same gymnoparticals with different type and size under electronic microscope.The result of preliminary identification indicates that virus strains are I type MD by means of the monoclonal antibody, fluorescent pockmark, agar diffusion and leukemia antigen tests.
