成人大脑半球星形细胞瘤：CT表现与病理分级的关系及其意义（附70例分析）

对照病理分级结果，分析了７０例成人大脑星形细胞瘤（包括胶质母细胞瘤）的ＣＴ表现，探讨了ＣＴ表现与病理分级的关连及其意义。ＣＴ表现在一定程度上能够反映星形细胞瘤的分化程度，但系多项表现的综合反映，若添入病人的年龄、病史和ＣＴ随访等因素来一并考虑则更为全面；任何单项表现均非良（恶）性的绝对指征，但某些特殊征象如出血、多结节型或波浪形强化、多发（转移）等多见于恶性。比较了病理检查与ＣＴ检查的优缺点，强调了ＣＴ对星形细胞瘤病例术前估价与术后随访的作用。

CT findings of adult cerebral astrocytoma ware analyzed in 70 cases with pathological grading to explore the relationship between CT features and pathologic grading.IT was found out that CT characteris-tics of astrocytoimas could predict tu-mor different tiation to some degree,but the prediction was a combination of many signs,If age, disease history and CT follow-up result of patie-ntswere added into consideration,CT-Patholgical relation Could be. closer. found. Never a single sign could absolutely indicate benignity or malignancy of the tumor,whereasintratumoral hemmorrhage,enhancement of a multiple-nodules or a wave fashion,as well asmultiplicity or metastasis were seen more often in malignant cases. Advantages and dis- advantages of CT and of of pathologic examination were compared,the roleofpre─&postoperative evalitation by CT for cases of astrocvtoma was again emphasized.
