低硒饲粮中补钼、补硒对生长猪缺硒症及组织钼、硒含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF DIETARY MOLYBDENUM AND SELENIUM SUPPLEMENTATION ON THE SYMPTOMS OF SELENIUM DEFICIENCY, TISSUE MOLYBDENUM, SELENIUM CONCENTRATION AND GLUTATHIONE PEROXIDASE ACTIVITIES IN GROWING PIGS

摘要 45日龄断奶杂交猪44头喂以低硒基础饲粮及补钼0.5、10、100ppm、硒0.3ppm和同时补铝10ppm与硒0.3ppm的六种饲粮,研究补钼、补硒对猪缺硒症及组织生化指标的影响。结果表明:基础组猪亚临床缺硒、补钼可使之减轻。补钼显著提高血浆、心、肝硒含量及血浆、全血和肝谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—P_X)活性。补10ppm钼和/或0.3ppm硒显著提高日增重,但补0.5与100ppm钼无影响。补硒对心、肝钼含量无影响。饲粮钼水平与心、肝钼含量显著相关。 Forty four 45-day-old weanling pigs were divided into six groups and fed wth a ntural diet supplemented with 0.5, 10, 100 ppm molybdenum, 0.3 ppm selenium or 10 ppm molybdenum and 0.3 ppm selenium together the purpose of which was to study the effects of dietary molybdenum and selenium supplementation on the symptoms of selenium deficiency and tissue biochemical criteria.The results show as follows: the pigs fed with the basal diet have the symptoms of subclintcal selenium deficiency, but it can be alleviated by supplemental molybdenum. Supplemental molybdenum increase blood, liver and heart selenium concentration and glutathione peroxidase activities. Daily weight gain can be distinety increased when supplemented with 10 ppm molybdenum and/or 0.3 ppm selenium, but not when supplemented with 0.5, 100 ppm molybdenum. Supplemental selenium has no effects on heart and liver molybdenum concentration.Significant correlations have been found be twee the dietary molybdenum level and the heart, liver molybdenum concentration.
