五种非常见多血管性颅内肿瘤的IADSA诊断

IADSA Diagnosis of Five Entitles of Rare Intracranial Hypervascular Tumors

对五种（２１例）不很常见的颅内多血管性肿瘤的ＩＡＤＳＡ资料进行了回顾性分析，认为ＤＳＡ能明确显示这些肿瘤的染色和供血动脉，且有利于介入性栓塞肿瘤的供血动脉。结合ＣＴ表现，ＤＳＡ的血管造影征象能对这些肿瘤作出正确诊断。听神经瘤应与位于ＣＰＡ的脑膜瘤相鉴别；幕下染色性肿物应考虑各种转移瘤以及血管母细胞瘤的可能。

A retrospective stu- dy of IADSA images of five entities of rare intracranial hypervascular tumors(21 cases)was performed,suggesting that tumor stain & feedingart eries could be revealed clearly by DSA,and facility of interventio-nal embolization is another advantage.Combing with CT findings,correct diagnosis could be made by DSAimages.Acoustic neurinoma shouldbe differentiated from CPA menin-gioma.And,in case of infratento-rial staining masses,the possibilityof metastases & solid hemangiobla-stomas should be considercd.
