四川高等农业教育亟应调整

AN URGENT ADJUSTMENT IN HIGH EDUCATION OF SICHUAN AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTIONS

本文根据我省近年来高等农业院校毕业生出现“分配难”的矛盾,论述了农科高校设置的数量和招生规模,必须以农业部门对这一较高层次人材的需求为依据的原则;分析了我省近十年来农科高校增加过多,毕业生人数已超过农业部门可能容纳的现实情况;探讨了解决这一矛盾的途径,认为控制农科高校的发展规模、调整专业分布或压缩院校,在当前已具有十分必要和迫切的意义。

According to the recently--arising contradiction of Hard In Assignment of the graduates from the agricltural colleges and universities in Sichuan Provirec, this paper expounds that the number of the setting-up of agricultural institues of higher learning and the scale of their recruitment must meet the need of the higher--educated people for each agricultural department and branch; and analyses the realities of the day that in the past ten years Sichuan agricultural institues of higher learning have been expanded too much and that the annual ..umber of t he graduates has surrassed t he capacity of t he agricu1tu l'a: departments; and goes further into the approach and methods to resolve the contradiction;and believes that it has been highly urgent and rat her important new to control the expanding of these institutions, to adjust the distribution of the specialitiet and even to reduce the number of these institutions.
