摘要
应用ＴＢＡ比色法和亚硝酸盐法测定了胃癌患者及健康对照个体（各１１名）外周血中ＬＰＯ含量和Ｍｎ－ＳＯＤ活性，观察了患者及对照个体外周血淋巴细胞的ＭＮ率。结果表明，患者外周血中ＬＰＯ含量、Ｍｎ－ＳＯＤ活性及ＭＮ率均高于对照组，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Micronucleus(MN)rate of peripheral lymphocytes,lipid pe-roxidcs(LPO)level and Mn-SOD ac-tivity of serum in gastric cancer and healthy controls(11subjects each)wese assayed/observed.The results showed that MN rate,LPO level and Mn-SOD activity in gastic cancer patients were all higher than those of controls,differences between these two groups being very markedly significant(P<0.01).Dept.of Biochemistry
