银川地区健康人血清微量元素、常量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cr、Se水平检测

Assa yof Serum Levels of Trace Element&Common Element Zn,Cu,Fe, Mg,Mn,Cr and Se in 176 Healthy Subjects of Yinchuan Distriot

选择银川地区１９～５６岁体检属健康范围者１７６名，其中男性６４名，女性１１２名。静脉采血分离血清待测。应用美国ＶａｒｉａｎｓｐｅｃｔｒＡＡ３０型原子吸收分光光度计检测血清中Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｒ、Ｓｅ含量，结果分别为２１．０６８±１．５８８，２１．０２２±０．３９１，６８．１８２±４．６６１，１１２４．０８８±１６．９１７，０．４１７±０．０２３，０．３０４±０．１０３，１．１８４±０．０１２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。

healthy individu-als(male 64, female 112,19 to 56 yrs old)in Yinchuan District were selected for this assay. Sera from venous blood was prepared for assa-ying levels of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg,Mn,Cr and Se via atomic absorption sp-ectrophotometry(U.S.Varian Spec-tr; version :AA 30).The results were 1,3694±0.1032,1.3454±0.025,3.8182±0.2a10, 26.9781±0.4016,0.02294 ±0.0015,01579±0.00537 and 0.09356±0.000912μg/ml,respectively.
