农业系统自然保护区建设若干问题的探讨

On the Construction of Natural Co-nservation Reserves in Agricultural Systems

本文从我国农业系统建立自然保护区的必要性入手，针对当前我国农业自然保护区建设存在的保护对象及边界不清、建设资金不足、管理体制不健全、监测及评价手段落后、科研薄弱以及教育宣传和培训工作不力等主要问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的建议。

AbstractBeginning with the necessityof setting up natural conservationreserves,this paper discusses so-me problems in the constrtuction ofnatural conservation reserves inaqricultural systems,such as the indistinction of targets and bord-ers,insufficient fund, imperfect administrative systems,lacking of measures in monitoring and evalu- ating,weak in scientific research and education,propagating and training,and some relevant sugg-estions are then given.
