开发绿色食品生产生态工程的探讨

Approach on Ecological Project for Developing Green Food Production

绿色食品，是指无污染食品，有些国家又称之为生态食品。其含义一是安全，即要求食品无致畸、无致癌、无致突变，也即要求污染物质的最高含量不能超过国家规定的标准，二是营养，即食品中各营养成份含量要达到一定要求。本文就绿色食品生产的特点，对绿色食品生态工程中，划分绿色食品生产基地；防治病虫杂草；培肥土壤，宣传和管理等十个方面的内容进行了探讨。
