柴油机进气管喷水探讨

ANAPPROACHTO WATER-SPRAYAYING IN THE INLET PIPE OF DIESEL ENGINES BY ACARBURETOR

提出在Ｌ１９５，２１００，６１３５型柴油机进气管的适当位置安装一个特制的不锈钢化油器（以下称之为化水化醇器，简称化水器），用它喷出一定的工业雾化软水（或不同浓度的醇类燃料），参与气缸内燃烧，可提高柴油机的某些性能。根据柴油机的工况，可以控制柴油机在该工况下所需的喷水量。

This paper describes that a certain amount of atomized water participating the combustionin the cylinder is sprayed by a special stainless steel carburetor located in the inlet pipe ofmodel L195,21 00 and 61 35 diesel engines to improve their characteristics. The desiredamount of sprayed water can be controlled according to the load and speed of the engine. Theengine bench-test and tractor practical operation have been made with the water-sprayingsystem. The results indicate that fuel- saving rate exceeds 3%, rated engine power increases0. 3 kW, exhaust temperature and NO_x decrease 10～30℃ and 30 ppm respectively, due tousing the system. Water- spraying test is carried out on a tractor for 500h load operation,with the fuel-saving being 0.06kg/h.Taking apart the engine for inspection ,the wear isnormal, there is no rustiness and less combustion deposit of the components,and no water inthe engine oil in the sump.It is easy and reliable to use the system and unnecessary tochange the original engine structure. That brings the economic benefit for users.
