胃癌全胃切除食管空肠吻合技术的几点改进

The principal of technique improvement on esophageal-jejunostomy following total gastrectomy

食管空肠吻合口瘘为全胃切除术后最严重的并发症。针对其发生原因，我们对食管空肠吻合技术进行了一些改进。至今已采用该法行１００例全胃切除术，术后无一例发生吻合口瘘。我们认为，术中注意保持食管断端血运，确保无张力吻合为预防吻合口瘘发生的关键。

Abstract The leakage of esophageal-jejunostomy is the most serious complication aftertotal gastrectomy. An improved technique on esophageal-jejunostomy has been employed in 100 cases undergone gastrectomies without any anastomotic leakage .The author believed that maintaining sufficient blood-supply on the stump of esophagus and completing a non-tensional anastomosis is the crucial points for preventing anastomotic leakage
