皮肤屏障功能与其神经鞘酯类关系的探讨

利用新生大鼠皮肤的培养，研究皮肤屏障功能与其神经鞘酯类的关系．结果发现皮肤屏障功能在培养后的第１天略有降低，以后恢复正常．第１０天起明显下降；皮肤的神经鞘酯类化合物随着培养时间的延长，乙酰神经酰胺，乙酰葡萄糖神经酰胺趋向降低，糖鞘酯呈显著下降，神经既胺趋向增高。结果提示皮肤屏障功能与神经鞘酯类的代谢有一定关系。

To use the l1ew born rats skin to study the relationship between the skin permeability barrier and sphingolipid.It was found that the skin permeability barrier function decreased a Iittle on tl e first ciiltured da y,then it iecover ed norma1.On the 1 0 day,the ba rrier function significantly decreased,the Acy ceramide,Acyglucoseceramide,Glycospinolipid:also decreased, but the Ceramide had increased tendenay.The result showed that there is relationship between the skin permeability barrier and sphingolipid.
