摘要
三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸有催化剂对甲苯磺酸和复合阻聚剂的存在下，进行酯化反应合成了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯粗品。再经碱洗、活性碳脱色、减压回收溶剂、离子交换树脂精制等工艺制备了丙烯酸酯类皮革涂饰剂用交联剂－ＴＭＰＴＡ。
n this paper, the synthesis of TMPTA as a crosslinking agent for leatherfinishing agents of acrylates has been reviewed. In the presence of p toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst and compounded polymerization inhtbior, trimethylolpropane and acrylic acid are esterified to synthesize into a rough TMPTA,subsequently, sublected to the treatments of base washing, active carbondecolorization, reduced pressure solvent recovery, ion - exchange resinrefinement, etc. to prepare the title product.
