摘要 本文介绍了DUA-聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂的改性原理,实验室合成。讨论了粘度与-NCO的关系,以及DUA树脂中-NHCOO-的含量对其成膜的耐甲苯溶剂及延伸率的影响。提出了聚氨酯预聚物合成的粘度控制方法。并探讨了DUA树脂在不同革的涂饰应用。 nvestigations into the modifying principles,and the lab-size syn-thesis relating to the DUA technology have been introduced in this pa-per. Discussions,at the same time,were also given,in regard to the rela-tions between the adhesion and-NCO,as well as,the effects of the-NHCOO-contents in the title product on the resistance of film to sol-vents,such as toluene,and its elongation at break.Mentions were putforward to the methods controlling the viscosity of the polyurethaneprepolymer during its preparation,while the finishing applications ofthis new technology on all leathers studied in this paper,as well.
