摘要
本文采用TEM技术对猪皮在硫氢化钠脱毛过程中硫酸皮肤素的分布变化进行了研究.结果表明:脱脂处理对皮中硫酸皮肤素几乎无太大的影响;在浸灰脱毛过程中,硫酸皮肤素随着浸灰时间的延长有减少的趋势,且在复灰后这种变化更为明显.经胰酶软化处理,几乎观察不到硫酸皮肤素的存在,而胶原纤维由于硫酸皮肤素的除去而变得较松散,这就为鞣剂的渗透创造了条件.
The distribution change of the Derma tan sulphate protecoglycan of pigskin during the un-hairing process with sodium hydrosulfide was studied by transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the distribution of the D. S. P. G. has a tendency to diminish with prolongation of liming time. This change become more distinctivw after re-liming. After bating with pan-creatin, almost no D. S. P. G. between the fibrils could be observed while collagenous fibrils is very open and porous.
