摘要
本文扼要地介绍了稀土助鞣废铬液在鞣革过程中循环回收使用的技术控制条件和所获得的效果,该技术适作于猪、牛、羊、鹿皮等各种原料皮的鞣革加工,且可节约红矾35—40%,硫酸27—37%,白糖35—40%.年产10万张标准张皮,节支15.7万元,吨原皮废水排放量、吨原皮三价铬排放量、三价铬排放浓度均达到了GB3549—83二级标准.具有较好的社会、环境经济效益三统一的效果.
In this paper,the technology for recycling of RE-chrome tanning liquor and the obtained result were introduced. The technology is suitable to leatherr making of pig, sheep and muntjac skin and cattle hide. The result showed that 35 - 40% of sodium dichromate, 27 -37% of sulfuric acid and 35 - 40% of sugar can be saved by recycling while discharged waste water and chrome(III) based per ton of raw hide and skin and the chrome concentration in effluent are all accorded with the second class standard of GB3549 - 83. Remarkable enviro-mental and econmic benifits are brought out.
