摘要
阴离子树脂复鞣猪皮绒面软革用阴离子染料染色时,很难染出深色调的革,尤其是黑色革;况且其染色坚牢度很差,这一直困扰着皮革工作者.本文用稀土助剂作助染剂来解决这一难题,取很好的效果.该助剂是以高分子稀土络合物为主要成份的多组份功能助剂.它改变坯革的带电状态,增加染料和坯革的结合性,改进坯革对染料的染色性能;提高了上染率、着色深度以及染色坚牢度,同时亦可节约染料和加脂剂.本文研究了LD809对阴离子树脂鞣猪皮绒面软革染色性能的影响以及助染机理,摸索出较为理想的应用工艺.
When soft suede pig leather, retanned by anionic resin tannins, is dyed by an-ionic dyes, it is difficult to dye the leather dark,and more difficult to dye the leather black. Besides, the dyeing fastness is low. To solve these problems dyeing soft suede pig leather with the help of rare earth assistant has been studied in this paper and good results have been abtained. The main component of rare earth assisstant is polymer-rare earth complex. It can change the electric state of the leather, increase the dyestuff absorption and dyeing darkness and fastness. It can also save dyes and fatliquoring agents. It has been discussed that how the LD809 affects the dyeability of the soft suede pig leather retanned by anionic resins while the mechanism of auxiliary dyeing was elucidated. The best application process of this agent has also been presented.
