摘要
毛皮采用酸性染料或金属络合染料进行染色,通常加入助剂以改善染色性能,提高染色质量.不同助剂尤其是氧化——还原反应体系中的氧化剂或还原剂以及某些表面活性剂类助剂在染色助色过程中易引起某些染料上染色光、色调的变异即引起色变.本文就该方面的问题进行了探讨、分析,为制定合理的氧化还原反应体系进行毛皮低温染色工艺提供了理论依据.
In the fur-dyeing process using acid or metal complex dyestuff,it is usual to apply auxiliary agents to improve the dyeing property. Some of them however, especially the oxidants or reductants in oxido-systems and some surfactants may cause the changes both in luster and shade. The problems related are analysed and discussed and the thecretical bais for the formulation of rational [O]/[H]system is provided as well.
