摘要
本文采用离子交换色谱法及凝胶过滤色谱法对铬鞣废液中络合物组份、电荷、含量和分子大小及其在放置中的变化进行了研究.离子交换色谱法分离出七个组份,它们所带电荷由-1价到+6价,铬主要分布在阴性、中性组份中,其次在+1~+3价组份中;未静置的废液,其组份不够稳定,放置一至两天后,则基本稳定;放置两个月,+1价和+5价与+6价组份有所增加,铬的回收率无明显变化.凝胶过滤色谱分离表明:放置两个月的铬鞣废液,其铬合物的分子量分布范围有所减少,但其高电荷大分子铬合物无明显增加.
The components,charges, molecular sizes and percent contents of complexes in used chrome liquor and their changes in ageing were studied by ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. By ionic chromatiography, seven components were obtained, their charges were from-1 through zero to +6,the chromium ion existed mainly in the anionic and neutral state,nextly in +l~ + 3 charged components, the components of the used chrome liquor is not stable before ageing, but they stabilized after ageing one to two days. Ageing two months,the chromium content in + 1、+5 and +6 charged components were increased a little. The results of gel filtration separation showed that the molecular weights of chromium complexes in the chrome liquor increased, and their distribution range reduced , but the chromium complexes with high charge and large molecular weight did not increase.
