肝段切除治疗细菌性肝脓肿临床初探（附三例报告）

Hepatic segmentectomy in the treatment of pyogenic abscesses

作者采用包括脓肿在内的一次性肝切除治疗３例细菌性肝脓肿。在严格掌握手术指征的前提下，肝段切除治疗肝脓肿安全可靠，效果优于穿刺抽脓及剖腹引流等传统治疗方法。作者对肝脓肿作肝段切除的可行性、危险性、手术指征及术中注意等问题作初浅讨论。

Abstract patients with pyogenic hepatic abscesses were treated by segmentectomy.On the premise of stri8ct operation indication,we found that the hepatie segmentectomy was safe ,reliable and better than percutaneous and operative drainage.The feasibility,safety and indication of segmentectomy for treating pyogenic hepatic abscesses were discussed in this paper.
