摘要
本文对应用纤维胆道镜诊治胆道疾患２０７例进行了回顾性总结。计术中应用８５例，术后应用１２２例。成功率９８％，结石取净率９７．１％。作者认为纤维胆道镜检查及取石对明确诊断、减少残石的发生以及解决残石有其重要价值。并重点就临床应用中的体会以及如何提高取石成功率进行了讨论。
Abstract The effect of fiberoptic choledochoscopy (FCC) on 207 patients with cholelithiasis treated either intraoperatively (n=85) or postoperatively (n=122)were retrospectively analyzed with a therapeutic success rate of 98% and stone clearance rate of 97. 1% achieved.The clinical results indicated that FCC, owing to its beneficial effects on diagnosis through visualization, minimizing remnant stones,played an important role in diagnosis and treatment of gallstone disease.The experience and the relevant practical technique on improving the success rate of stone extraction was also thoroughly discussed.
