摘要
综述了鱼类基因转移的研究现状、研究方向及在海水鱼养殖中的应用前景，着重介绍了利用生长激素基因、生长激素释放因子基因、抗冻蛋白基因、金属硫蛋白基因、珠蛋白基因以及其它基因的转移培育海水鱼新品种的可能性。
The present study summarized the status and tendency of fish gene transfer research,aswell as its application prospect to marine fish culture. Especially,the possibility of breeding new marinefish varieties through growth hormone, growth hormone release factor, antifreeze proteins, metullothionein,hemoglobin and those of other tissue-specific gene transfer were discussed.
