“虾鲜宝”是美国辉瑞有限公司研制的防止虾类黑变的经美国ＦＤＡ检验通过的一种高效、安全产品。利用“虾鲜宝”对鹰爪虾的防黑变效果进行了试验，结果表明，“虾鲜宝”对鹰爪虾的防黑变效果明显。

EverFresh introduced by Pfizer is a safe,efficient product for preventing occurrence of blackspots on the shell of Trachypenaeus curvirostis. This new product has passed the examination of FDA in U. S. A. An experiment was conducted on using EverFresh to prevent occurrence of blackspots on the shell of Trachypenaeus curvirostis and the result showed that the effect of using EverFresh to prevent blackspots was evident.
